 How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
- Taxi: Easy to get. The approximate cost is 20-25 euros. It takes 15-20 minutes.
- Bus: The “Aerobus” leaves the terminals every 12-15 minutes. It is fast and comfortable, with decks for luggage. It takes 20-25 minutes. You must get off at the last stop: Plaça Catalunya. The hotel is located 400 meters away. The cost is 3,50 euros per person. Find the stop on our Map
- Train: It leaves every 30 minutes and takes 35 minutes. You must stop at Plaça Catalunya. The hotel is 350 meters away. A metro ticket is valid. Find the stop on our Map
- Private mini van: 75 euros including 45 minutes waiting time. Up to 7 persons. Send us an email and we will arrange it. We just need your flight details.
- From the Girona airport (105 km North), the best option is the bus. It stops 450 meters from the hotel (see the exact point in our Map)
 Is the hotel in the city center?
Yes. In the area of Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça Catalunya (the most central square of Barcelona). Click on city center at our Map.
 What is the nearest metro station?
“Passeig de Gràcia” is 150 meters away. “Plaça Catalunya” is 400 meters away.
 How do I book?
- Insert the arrival date, hit “Check Availability and Rates” and fill in the form.
- You will receive an e-mail with the reservation confirmation.
- Pay as you wish once in the hotel. Your credit card is needed as guarantee only.
 How do I book a triple room?
By adding an extra bed. Tick the option on the reservation form. Note that only double bedded rooms accept an extra bedl
 How do I change my reservation?
Cancel your reservation and make a new one. Make sure that the new reservation is available before cancelling the previous one. You can also send us an e-mail with your change request.
 Can I cancel my reservation? How? Is there a fee?
Cancel your reservation at no fee by using the entry on the left bar. It will only be possible before the deadline (the conditions are stated on your reservation confirmation details).
 Can I book your hotel by telephone?
No. We will be glad to assist you by telephone but you must reserve online or by email (we need your details in writing). Note that the offers are available for online reservations only.
 May I get a good rate if I contact you by email?
Our best rates are available on the website only. You will not get a better rate by trying other ways.
 Why do you need my credit card? Is it secure?
By providing your credit card, you make sure that your room will be waiting for you. We need it as a guarantee only. You can pay as you wish once in the hotel.
Your credit card details are encrypted through secure server (VeriSign). It is safer than e-mail, fax or telephone.
 Is breakfast included? How much does it cost?
Breakfast is not included. We serve an optional complete buffet breakfast every morning. The cost is 16 euros per person. No booking is needed. However, you get breakfast for 40% less by adding it to your room reservation. See our Web-Only Offers.
 Will I get a worse room if booking an offer?
No. All what we ask is that you meet the specific offer conditions.
 Can I combine a room offer with the breakfast discount?
Yes. The 40% breakfast discount is an optional addition to all the web reservations.
 Can I choose the bed arrangement of my room?
Yes, but only if you use this website to book. Please use “comments” to tell us if you prefer a queen size bed or two twin beds…
 Can I request preferences about my room (non smoking, with balcony, high floor…)?
Yes. Write it in “comments”. We will do our best.
 I am planning a surprise trip for my couple. What can you offer?
We have an offer for honeymooners, birthdays and anniversaries. In addition, a complimentary bottle of cava (Catalan champagne) will be waiting for you in the room. Check it at our Web-only Offers.
Flowers? A table of cheese and wine? A customized card?... Just tell us.
You can also pay the bill in advance. All we need is a signed authorization to charge your credit card.

 Which options do you offer to accommodate a family?
An extra bed for one child up to 12 is free (even for two children, if they fit). Book a double room and request the extra bed in “comments”.
The best option for two adults and children is a suite. It has a bedroom for the adults and a separate room with a sofa bed for the child/ren. Four adults cannot be accommodated in a suite.
Cots are also available at no charge.

 What is the check in/ check out time?
12 noon. It may be earlier or a bit later, depending on availability. We cannot guarantee it.
Late arrivals are no problem at all. The room will be waiting for you until any time.
 Will I have an internet connection in the hotel? How?

If you bring a laptop, use our wireless system for free (we can set up your computer if necessary)
- If you bring a laptop, you can also use the LAN socket with an ADSL. Available in all the rooms (extra charge).
- Without a laptop, you can surf on your room TV with a cordless keyboard (extra charge).
- There are computers with internet in our business center (“Espai Apsis”). 24 hours opened and free.
 Is there a parking in the hotel? Is it secure?
The hotel has an agreement with a secure public parking located at 50 meters. Our guests pay reduced rate. No booking is necessary. Just tell the receptionists at your arrival.
 Can you store my luggage after I leave the room?
